The bus shelters seem to do okay with folks respecting them, for the most part. Wouldn’t be too concerned about the panels as they’d be on the roof. Even if the panels are deemed too expensive, at least give me a roof!
Been to The Villages a few times, including a couple of months ago. It’s mostly golf courses, in addition to the overdeveloped housing. Very little retail, theming, or even leisure activities outside of golfing. They may have a movie theater somewhere but I don’t remember ever seeing one. Theming would be nice to keep it interesting instead of it being bumper to bumper homes
Disney used to own Celebration, though!
It’s a fun little neighborhood with some fun shops and events, being right near Disney. Always visit when I’m in the area and it’s a nice and relaxing area 🙂
I don’t even know why you’d need that. Even in a mansion, it’d be too large for a room both in size and in bass output. The bass alone would drive me crazy! 😛
