The PC time was a day out (weekday correct – calendar date wrong) which explained a BIOS settings mismatch, and the Solitaire Events not playing nice, now fixed. 🙂
The setting in SB commander didn’t stick after reboot, even after stopping the service, so now trying out “direct mode” for the soundcard, seems a little more promising.
And ew, a few repairs on some of my tiny Oblivion mods due. 🙂
Sounds like a challenging game, with quite a few mods out as well, would “Tamriel in Minecraft” be of any use?
