About 10 years ago opened up an account with the Latvian based Complaints Board for some reason, never filed a complaint, so consequently no idea what the reason was.
How will my issue be resolved?
The process is structured as follows:
- We send your complaint/review directly to the company
- If the company is customer-oriented, they will respond to you in some way (either through our website or via their own communication channels)
- If their proposed solutions satisfy you, you can mark the complaint as resolved to improve the company’s rating.
A very good idea. Wonder if they keep a secret list of baddies that might interest the larger sellers, Amazon, Ali Baba, eBay etc.
