The touchscreen on my A7 Lite isn’t as responsive as I like and doesn’t pick up all my finger motions. Probably on account of the low cost screen but it does the job. Still struggles a tad on reading web articles due to it not being able to handle the processing of all the ads, videos, etc that I don’t care about so I may upgrade it at some point…[Read more]

More than likely! No platform is perfect, after all. It would help if more of the bbPress bugs were tackled, though! That and more integration 😛
We have something similar called the BBB. The ratings don’t mean much as they just reflect how the business responds to customers but it does help give you a general idea of how doing business with the…[Read more]

Copying html or other content into the Visual tab usually gives a good visual replication of what was just copied. When the post is saved, much of the formatting is lost, on account it is tagged with CSS classes WP knows nothing about.
For example if we have:
<span class="className"> copied text </span>
Is there a stock bunch of class names we can…[Read more] -

After all, WordPress is bound to have its limits, too, and so haass our sanity! 😛
About 10 years ago opened up an account with the Complaints Board for some reason, never filed a complaint, so consequently no idea what the reason was.How will my issue be resolved?
The process is structured as follows:- We send your complaint/review directly…

Fred Flintstone is so abusive, it’s a wonder that Barney and Wilma put up with him!

Sorry, not a whole lot I can do about the smiley in the spoiler. It’s due to there not being a semantic spoiler tag on the web so browsers don’t understand it’s supposed to be hidden. Maybe one day!
Yeah, a lot of Tarantino films are a bit rough but they’re generally pretty fun. Pulp Fiction will always be his best, though.

Yep, it’s hard to get support on the topic when the thread was closed. Especially if it was a partial solution that you had questions on. This xkcd comic comes to mind: https://xkcd.com/979/
Ugh. We once found up the limit to the number of replies to status updates on IP.Board. I think it was 100 replies per status update? Something like that at…[Read more]

So, I lied. I’m moving forward with the skeleton build script 😛
Ford defining macros in the build script, we’ll want this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/79162315/how-do-i-define-a-c-c-preprocessor-variable-in-meson
Probably could have found it in the documentation but I had trouble with the layout of the Meson website. We may want to use…[Read more]

Think that should work, thanks. 🙂 Even after considerable use, these fingers are all thumbs on the A8, also could be an issue with the 1080p res.
So amid unspeakable and unmitigated horror and chagrin came the revelation the A8, (like the old 10.1) doesn’t sport an NFC chip. The shock realization came by not in the attempt to install and use Tap…[Read more] -

Started looking into setting up a build script (got Meson installed this morning) and got a little stuck on account of the lack of a main function. I think I may be getting ahead of myself here and it may be best to wait on the build script until after we figure out how the code is built and all. I figured a build script would be a good place to…[Read more]

Seen that twice already, it’s in my top 10! Always wondered if there was ever going to be a melding of Blues Brothers and Men in Black, wel it all ended up as Men in Blues:
Deep Blue Sea declared itself a crock five minutes in with the crappy ocean caustics lapping around the Aquatica facility, turning out (contrary to…[Read more] -

Yep, that sort of thing is very common in film. At least they had the same hair color! 😛
Oftentimes, the supposed family members don’t look a thing alike! It’s always a breath of fresh air when they get actual family members to play families. They did that for the farmhouse scene! That was an actual family!

As for modifying the current search boxes for a simple query, possibly. Will add it to the list of things to…[Read more]

Seeing that the search has been bricked for a while, what about a link to another tab for a Google search in Stearnvault? Modifying the current search boxes might be a thing, Sod’s Law has it that as soon they are operational, the native site search will return.

A family member has passed on some links with a political bent including one for this guy whose antics have landed him in court opposite rather powerful and colourful opponents on several occasions. Some of the changes make sense but others are lost on me. May make more sense later on, though. We could merge the changes later on if that’s the case. Most of the changes in rfuzzo’s seem to deal with the Windows API, which is pretty foreign to me. Most OS…[Read more]

Really quite amazing how Reddit has taken so much of the life out of other communities, CodeProject for instance. They have an annoying habit of archiving many conversations, of interest to us but not to them, not as bad as Microsoft Answers though. And the length of some threads can be cumbersome too, not as bad as Youtube where some have millions…[Read more]
