Myths don’t die, they just get put into cold storage, a place one suspects Santa is familiar with in any case. 😛
The association of Santa with Christmas holidays may live on more as a Santa Pause in the way of celebrating the beginning of Christianity. As for now, no letup in the plastic landfill armageddon of decorations, trees and wrap, a somewhst bizarre outcome. 🙁
