Got an old surge protector that’s ten years old. It still works as a power strip but, after ten years, its MOVs are probably suspect so I may disassemble it to see how it’s wired. Haven’t decided yet if I want to keep it as a strip or simply dissect it, though. Leaning towards the latter as I really want to know how it works outside of reading on the web 🙂
